Our Kids MALAs are for children ages 6 and up, to be worn and used in meditation under the supervision of an adult, at your discretion. Our Kids MALAs are intended to be worn as a necklace and to help a child count their breath while tracing the 6mm beads through their fingers during meditation and quiet time, and to help them feel a sense of inner calm. Our Kids MALAs are a useful tool to introduce children and teens to mindfulness at a young age, to inspire them to dream big and help them feel at ease and confident in themselves. Our kids MALAS are not intended to be toys and should not be used as such.
